Research by the ITTA and BTLA into Accommodation grading.
The ITTA & BTLA are carrying out a research project to gain the views of accommodation providers in Thanet with regard to the grading schemes.

All Hotels, Guest Houses, B&Bs and Self caterers are encouraged to be involved, whether or not they are members of the ITTA or BTLA.  This will involve the completion of a short questionnaire by our researcher, who will visit you at an agreed time.

The results will be important in order for the ITTA and BTLA to understand, and to represent, the views of accommodation providers.  The results of the research will be considered as part of Thanet Tourism and Visit Kent’s strategies on tourism.

If any one wishes to take part and has not already been contacted please phone Bill Hackney on 01843 6000 478. This is your chance to air your views
