The ITTA brings together professionals from all aspects of Thanet's hospitality, leisure and tourism industry. Providing an independent voice the ITTA aims to promote excellence and best practice through successful business-to-business networking, the provision of education and training and by the promotion of partnership working for the mutual benefit of members |
|
The Association is run by an executive committee made up of trading professionals within the sector, working in partnership with local authorities and statutory agencies. Supporting local and international tourism events, contributing to the production of local guides, participating on tourism policy making bodies, informative members meetings with topical speakers and a recognised industry newsletter are some of our recent successes.

Membership is not confined to traditional tourism businesses, in previous years local Visitor Information Centres have recommended businesses to residents and visitors to the area ranging from hotels and restaurants to beauty salons and taxis. We also welcome linked businesses, voluntary, charitable and educational organisations that support the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry |
